Rönesans Tower, which is one of the environmentally friendly building designs of Rönesans that carries the characteristics of lean construction, building information modeling, is the first "Leed Platinum Certified" High Office Building in Turkey.

Rönesans Tower, built in Istanbul Kozyatağı, is a Class A office project with 44 floors. Rönesans Tower, which is 185.5 meters high, has many features that will be included in both architecture and engineering literature. Rönesans Tower has 100 percent green energy and 26 percent energy saving is achieved. In addition, daylight is used 90 percent of the time. Rönesans Holding Office floors were awarded the “Best Office Interior Design” award by the European Property Awards 2015.
